Kirsten (curse-ten) started at the company in 2018. She oversees the daily business operations and does all of the bookkeeping for the company. She is responsible for improving efficiency as well as staff development.

Maintenance Manager

Blair started with the company in 2022. Blair facilitates all of our maintenance workflows and ensures the owner and tenant maintenance requests are being completed. He coordinates all maintenance work needed for each property and inspects our properties for routine maintenance needs.

Office Manager

Melissa started with McNamara Realty in 2020. She coordinates and oversees the administrative duties in the office and ensures the office operates smoothly. She is our first point of contact for owners and potential clients and coordinates any meetings required with our clients and vendors.

Administrative Assistant

Gina started with the company in 2021 and helps our team manage the day-to-day operations of our office, answering phone calls, emails and general inquiries for us. She coordinates the showing schedules and coordinates our appointment calendar.
