To view: For most properties, you may check out a key at our office between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00pm Monday through Friday. For properties that are currently tenant occupied, we ask that you DO NOT disturb them. 

Please check the listing below for current showtimes. If there is a showing listed, please meet at the property between the times listed. If you show up after the scheduled showing, we will not be able to show the property. DO NOT DISTURB TENANTS ONCE SHOWING HAS ENDED.  

To Apply:  Please fill out an application if you would like to be considered.  Students and those with little or no credit history must also submit a Lease Guarantor Form with their application.  Both forms can be downloaded from the "Tenant Information" link on this site. There is a $10 non-refundable application fee per applicant that is required when submitting your application(s). 

SHOWING INFORMATION: Meet at units for showings, prospective applicants should wait for the McNamara employee without disturbing tenants. Showings will be listed below once scheduled. If you cannot attend the scheduled showing, it is advised to have someone view the unit for you as we may not scheduled additional showings.
