Any payments that are returned to our office due to incorrect information, non-sufficient funds, or any other account failure due to customer submission will be charged a $35.00 return fee, in addition to any late fees that may be incurred (these terms are also referenced in your lease contract).

Instructions for Making Online Payments

In order to view payment history or make rental payments, you must first register.
Please note that it may take a few days for the office to grant you authorization to
view your online account. DO NOT wait until rent is due to register.

Rental Payments are accepted by:

Bank Draft - Bank Draft payments can be deducted from your checking or savings account.
There are no service fees on payments made with Bank Drafts.

Credit Card Payments - Credit Card payments can be made on a one-time basis .
One-time payments are processed immediately (based on approval). A service fee of
$15.00 plus 2.25% of the total payment made will be charged for each credit card payment.

Submit a Maintenance Request

Any and all maintenance requests should be submitted through our website, unless
it is an emergency. If you have an emergency please contact the on-site manager AND call
(805)543-7777. If the emergency occurs after hours, a telephone number will be provided
when calling the main office.
